I I got my start in the Rv business as most do as a technician and worked my way up to service manager then general manager. I worked for what I would say was the best rv company and owner I have ever seen. This company cared about its employees and its customers more than they did just making profit. This company sold to a large corporation and I stayed on. There is a huge difference in a family company to a corporate company.
